Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Specialist

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across Non-IT domains including Sales, Customer Service, Support, and Operations.
  • Handle volume & mass hiring with efficient sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels: Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and job fairs.
  • Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews, assess candidate suitability, and schedule next-level interviews.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for stakeholder reviews.
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to improving hiring processes.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong experience in Non-IT hiring, especially Sales, Customer Service, BPO, and volume hiring.
  • Hands-on expertise with Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
