Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Non-IT domains including Sales, Customer Service, Support, and Operations.
- Handle volume & mass hiring with efficient sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
- Source candidates through multiple channels: Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and job fairs.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews, assess candidate suitability, and schedule next-level interviews.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for stakeholder reviews.
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to improving hiring processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of proven experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in Non-IT hiring, especially Sales, Customer Service, BPO, and volume hiring.
- Hands-on expertise with Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
