Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (KRAs)
– Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, optimize conversion rates, and increase sales.
– Manage and enhance product listing, optimizing content for SEO and user experience
– Analyse customer data and behaviour to inform marketing decisions and improve promotional campaigns
– Collaborate with cross functional teams including product development, design and logistics to implement successful marketing initiatives
– Advertising & Promotions : Plan and execute advertising campaigns to boost visibility and sales. Create, manage and analyse digital marketing campaigns across various platforms like Myntra, Amazon etc.
– Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
– Revenue Growth : Identify and seize opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
– Competitive Benchmarking: Analyse competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
– Business Insights : Generate insights and reports to drive business decisions and strategy.
– Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal teams and marketplace contacts to ensure alignment.
Performance Tracking
– Monitor and report on KPIs and sales
Criteria Details
– Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
– Experience : 1-3 years in managing marketplace accounts, particularly Myntra, Amazon, AJIO, and Nykaa
– Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplace dynamics.
