Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Customer Success Manager at fashion brand in Gurugram. The role will involve customer care operations including replying to customers’ emails, messages and phone calls. Guiding the customers on sizing and placing the order. Co-ordinating with the dispatch team and production team to fulfill the orders timely. Taking feedback of the customers for their orders and trying to convert the abandoned carts to increase conversions.
