Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Lead Recruitment Specialist with strong hands-on experience in volume and mass hiring across IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, manage multiple hiring channels, and build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for volume, mass, and lateral hiring requirements
- Handle IT & Non-IT hiring across multiple job roles and levels
- Drive Campus Recruitment activities including coordination, hiring drives, and onboarding support
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri.com), LinkedIn, referrals, and other channel mix
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
- Ensure excellent Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Coordinate closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Meet hiring targets, TATs, and quality benchmarks in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting
Required Skills & Competencies
- 2 – 3 years of proven experience in recruitment and staffing
- Strong exposure to volume and bulk hiring
- Experience hiring for both IT & Non-IT roles
- Hands-on expertise with Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and highly focused on delivery
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in campus hiring and recruitment drives
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment reporting tools
- Prior experience in a staffing or recruitment firm is a plus
